Delivery, Payment & Return Details

Delivery is available to the UK only and carriage charges will be made according to weight  which is done automatically through the checkout. Carriage is £8.95 (standard delivery) up to 20kg,   Standard delivery is within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends), next day delivery must be placed before 12 noon and will cost £9.95 up to 20kg.  Larger or heavier items will be detailed at the checkout.

Deliveries will be made by Parcel Force, special delivery details can be selected at the checkout i.e. leave with neighbour.

Confirmation of your order will be sent and a further email to advise of a delivery date will be sent within 24 hours.  Changes to the order can be made by calling the office on  01608 683912.

All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT @20% where applicable, delivery charges will be shown seperately. Payment can be made through the easy PayPal process on the website or you can call the office on 01608 683912 and place your order where you can pay over the phone by credit/debit card.  If paying by cheque just call the office and place your order, send your cheque to us and your goods will be sent once your cheque has cleared.

The Cotswold Chickens website uses a secure payment server PayPal Pro to manage it's credit/debit card payments, you may find them on many on-line shopping websites, and this ensures both your security and ours.

If you are experiencing problems making a payment then just give us a call -  don't get frustrated or even if you don't feel safe ordering on-line just call 01608 683912 between 8am until 6pm 7 days a week.

 

If you have an item that needs returning, whether because you ordered the wrong one or if it is faulty/broken, please call us on 01608 683912 to book the return in and we will advise of best return method. This may either be by courier or by post. Please include your order number, name and address details with the return. If returning for exchange please make sure the goods are returned in new condition and in original packaging. Thank you.

Please notify us immediately by email or phone if you find the goods damaged upon receipt and we will replace immediately. If you decide you no longer require the goods within 7 working days of the day after receipt ('cooling off period'), we offer a full refund of original invoice including original carriage charges in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) i.e. return postage costs are not refunded. Just return the goods with the original packing and we will refund your payment card. For returned goods over the 7 day 'cooling off' period we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge. Goods that have been used will not warrant a full refund but this will be considered on an individual basis.
